I took my kids here and they had a really good time. The only downside for us is the hours. A couple times I wasn’t sure if they’d still be open, so I ended up checking online first. When I reached out, support basically said to “check the current hours before coming in” since they can vary, which is helpful, but still kind of a hassle. I just wish they stayed open a little later, especially on school nights or weekends. Overall it’s still a fun place and we’d go back.

In the end, I had a good time and would probably go back, but the slow support replies were a bit frustrating. I messaged them with a question and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. The place itself is fun, so that helped, but quicker responses would’ve made the whole experience better.

I took my kids thinking there’d be a decent mix of things for everyone, but it didn’t really work out that way. A lot of the activities came off as being aimed at much younger kids, and the stuff that wasn’t felt like it wasn’t really meant for my older one either. From the way it was presented, I just assumed it would be more balanced, but my older child got bored quickly. i don’t think we’d go back

I stopped in and the place just didn’t feel very well maintained. The bathrooms were dirty, and I noticed broken stuff around, which kind of gave me the impression that upkeep isn’t really a priority here. Maybe it was just a bad day, but based on that visit, it seems like they need to pay more attention to basic maintenance

We went sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and overall it was a good visit. Check-in was quick, definitely faster than I thought it would be, and the staff seemed like they knew exactly what they were doing. There was a small line when we got there, but it moved along fine. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because after we got our wristbands, we had to ask where to go next. Not a huge deal, but a little more direction would’ve helped.

I went in hoping to have a nice family day out, but the staff made it feel awkward from the start. They came across as unfriendly and not really interested in helping, and even simple questions got these short, bothered answers.
What annoyed me most was feeling like I had to keep explaining what we were asking, only to get the same dismissive attitude back. The place itself might be okay, but the way we were treated really put me off, so I wouldn’t be in any hurry to go back

It was okay overall, but the crowd control was kind of a mess. The lines were all over the place, and the staff didn’t seem totally sure where people were supposed to go. What annoyed me most was how people seemed to take advantage of little policy loopholes, cutting in or slipping into different lines, and no one really stopped it. There were kids getting bumped around, which made it stressful instead of fun. I could see it being a good time on a quieter day, but when it’s crowded like that, they really need a better system

I don’t know what was going on back there, but the food just wasn’t good. Like, I’m not saying there’s a grand conspiracy in the kitchen, but it felt like every dish was carefully designed to disappoint me. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, maybe the seasoning went missing under mysterious circumstances, either way, I left let down...

The redemption counter was disappointing. We waited way longer than we expected, and it felt like nobody really knew what was going on. I also felt a bit misled because the prizes looked like they’d be better, but the actual choices were poor. By the time we got through it, the kids were bored and grumpy, so it ended the visit on a bad note.

We tried to give it a fair shot, and it was fine, I guess, but the kids lost interest quickly. No big deal or anything, we just ended up leaving earlier than planned.

We had my kid’s birthday party here, it was kind of a letdown. When we showed up, the party room still wasn’t ready, and the staff seemed unsure about what was supposed to be included. It just felt like we were standing around waiting for things to happen instead of actually enjoying it.
The kids did have some fun, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for what we paid, I expected a lot more. The food came out late, and by the end, everything felt rushed, like they were just trying to get it over with. I don’t think I’d book it again.

We went in excited to play, but most of the arcade machines were either broken or just swallowed our tokens. I actually felt kind of embarrassed having to keep going back to the staff about it. They reset one game for us, but then it froze again almost right away. it just wasn’t worth the trip for us

I went here with my kids and, the place felt filthy. The tables were sticky, there were old bits of food on the floor, and the toilets were in a proper state.

I know kids’ places can get messy, but this was more than normal chaos. It felt like the cleaning had been ignored for ages, and it made the whole place feel like a dirty little dump instead of somewhere you can relax.

I wouldn’t go back unless they seriously sort the cleaning out. For a family spot, it really needs to be looked after better

I was trying to use the game card, but this is where it got annoying, it kept not scanning properly. I ended up having to ask the staff for help twice, which kind of took the fun out of it. Frustrating overall...

The reservation process was easy overall, but... the confirmation took a bit longer than I expected.

It was a decent experience overall, but the activities felt kind of limited. I just wish there had been a few more options to keep things interesting.

We had a good time at Oasis Family Fun, and the kids definitely enjoyed themselves for the most part. But the staff supervision felt a little all over the place. In some areas, there were people watching, and then in others it felt like everyone had vanished into thin air. Nothing actually happened, thank goodness, but I was absolutely on high alert the whole time like I was guarding a national treasure. Fun place, just wish the safety supervision felt a bit more consistent.

We had the party last weekend, or maybe it was the weekend before, I’m mixing up the dates, but either way, the host was really underwhelming. They seemed kind of bored the whole time and didn’t really help much with the kids. We kept having to ask what was supposed to happen next, which made everything feel a bit awkward and unorganized.

I tried using oasisfamilyfun.com because I just wanted to find some basic info, but it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Some of the buttons weren’t clear, the text felt too small, and getting around the site took too much effort.
If you rely on accessibility tools, this kind of thing gets old fast. I kept thinking, give me a break, I’m just trying to use the website. I ended up giving up after a while, which is disappointing because it shouldn’t be that hard.

It was fun for a bit, but I kind of regret paying full price. For what you get, it just doesn't feel worth the cost
